Using the Open Dialog, you can specify a file or a URL to open.
In order to open the Open Dialog, if a Flash (SWF) file is not yet loaded, you can press CTRL+O or double-click on the Source Flash tab or Revealed Data Tab. If a file is already loaded, you need to click Stop to unload it first.
Location
Enter a URL or a local file name (including path as necessary) in the text box.
You can enter a URL shortcut file name to open a Flash (SWF) from a URL.
You can also drag-and-drop a local file.
Click ... to browse for files.
Click OK to open the specified file.
